01-07-2013·You know this thread had me thinking of doing a mod on an old knife I have been slowly working on, and it occurred to me that sometimes I would want the bevel on the left as well...if I were doing any sort of "craft work" or food prep I would want the bevel on the right side, and certainly if using as a chisel I want my left hand as far away from the "knife edge" as possible.
