09-03-2019·While on google I came across this thread deburring tool from our Aussie friends. It looks like an easy way to dress the end of a threaded rod or bolt after cutting to size, although it would be nice if one was available to fit diameters smaller than 10mm. I've seen something similar from China on eBay for cheap, but so far nothing of quality.
24-02-2005·I run the finish tool back over the thread, if it pushes the lead thread then I run the thread again, just one pass full depth. A few extra seconds on the machine saves the PIA deburring the thread later and eliminates a saftey issue.
